from Doesn't work like it used to. I've worked at multiple pet stores over the past five years and NM amazed me when I discovered it. I raved about it to customers and swore by it. Customers came back in to thank me for the recommendation and said it was a lifesaver for their carpets and sanity with stubborn urine stains and odors. I don't use it as much now because most of my house is hardwood but a few days ago, my older dog had an accident on our large area rug while she was asleep and it smelled incredibly strong. I immediately busted out the natures miracle and my heavy duty carpet cleaner and got to work for two hours cleaning the whole rug. The next day, it smelled ten times worse and it hits you as soon as you walk in the door. I went out and bought another bottle because I used the last of the older bottle I had. (Everyone is right, the new fragrance is awful). Still no luck and now my house also smells like a cheap motel with a hint of urine. I'm losing my mind trying to get this odor out and I'm so disappointed. If it's not broken, it doesn't need fixing. I'd love to get the $30 back that I wasted.

from Get rid of the fragrance! I just bought a gallon bottle of urine destroyer as my dog tends to prefer "indoor plumbing". I poured some on an area rug and am greatly distressed that the scent is permeating my house. This artificial fragrance is very unpleasant and is giving me a head ache. I am sorry I bought this expensive product and should have stuck to the original basic Nature's Miracle. I will not buy or use Urine Destroyer again and am now stuck with a $40 gallon of useless stuff.

from Works for me I have a small apartment and an aging dog who doesn't make it out in time. I purchased the gallon jug a used a yard weed and pest sprayer and sprayed all the carpet and base of furniture till it was very damp. I brushed the fibers and let it dry overnight. I prefer the original vs the urine destroyer for the sent. But in times of desperation the urine destroyer did the job well.

from Absolutely wonderful stuff!!! My yorkie had chronic urinary tract infections the last 3 years and would constantly have accidents on my bedroom carpet. I could never get the smell out until I found this product!!! I put it in my carpet cleaner and the urine odor is GONE!!! I am so thankful for this product!! Now I do not have to replace the carpet!

from Super disappointed! Our dog was recently pregnant and towards the end had a few accidents in the house. Since we rent we wanted to take care of the carpets right away. We used natures miracle like directed on the bottle gave it about 2 weeks and the smell was still there so we did what was suggested for tough odors and pulled back the carpet and thourally soaked the padding underneath waited an hours and blotted as much moisture as possible and gave it another 2 weeks with fans in the room. Still had a strong odor so we took out the padding in that section of the carpet all together, soaked the sub floor and re cleaned the carpet and I still smell it. It's in one area of a room, we've done the sniff test on literally every inch of carpet in that room and the carpet still smells and only in that one area. I spent a lot of money on 3 of the gallon jugs .I was really hoping this was going to be the solution for the carpet before we move out.

from Didn't completely get rid of smell We purchased this product to get rid of the urine odor in our carpet. Used twice and didn't completely get rid of the smell. Seemed to until it dried. We also added peroxide and baking soda with lavender hoping that would assist but still can smell the urine.

from Made the smell 10x worse.. :( I had heard great things about this so when I was at the petstore and my mother suggested buying it for our house as well as my apartment, I jumped at the idea. We bought 4 bottles in total - two of the urine destroyer, and two of the stain remover. Big mistake. I tried a bit of it and it wasn't so bad. My dog doesn't really have accidents but sometimes does use a pad, and someones a bit of it would get onto the floor. I always would soak and wash them away but knew that it didn't get 100% out. The urine smell was never unbearable but sometimes on wet and warm days it would surface. I followed the suggestions and soaked all the areas with the product. There was a strong smell (the product smell) but at the time it was fine. However, I started to notice the urine smell get stronger and stronger.. I looked online as I was worried and saw that a lot of people said it takes time and gets worse before it gets better. Well, it's been awhile now and it's not getting better. The room smells so strongly I can't even stay in there most of the time! It makes me sick! Even with the window open, the odor is still so strong.I don't know if the formula was changed or something but I do NOT see what the hype is about. The smell is an awful mix of the product smell (that has yet to fade) and a strong smell of urine. I honestly don't know which is worse. Sad that I have the two bottles and the one at home was probably opened as well. So I'm out way too much money for a product that has made things WORSE. Now I'm scared the smell is so bad that when I move out of my apartment, I'm going to have to replace the carpets.

People and pets should not be allowed on treated areas until product has dried.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Before using, test surfaces to be treated for color fastness by applying to a hidden area. Wait 1 hour, then wipe with cloth. If color is removed from the test area, do not use Nature's Miracle® Urine Destroyer on those surfaces. Do not use on untreated hardwood, leather, suede, silk or wool specialty fabrics. Always use this product full strength. Do not dilute. Always use Nature's Miracle Urine Destroyer products first. Other cleaners and detergents may fail and chemically "set" stains that will be impossible to remove.
FOR STAIN REMOVAL
FOR ODOR ELIMINATION
- Wipe up as much of the stain as possible, then thoroughly soak stain with this product.
- Allow to work for 10 minutes, then blot up stain with a clean cloth.
- Allow area to dry for 24 hours.
- For severe, old or stubborn stains an carpeting or fabrics (feces or vomit/hairball), follow steps 1-2 above and follow with gently scrubbing the stain with a soft bristle brush for 1 minute, then allow to dry for 24 hours.
- Wipe up excess odor-causing material, then thoroughly soak area with this product. Saturation is important so that this product can penetrate deeply to the odor source. In carpeting, this may mean lifting carpet and applying directly to the pad and floor.
- Do not wipe up excess.
- Leave treated area wet and let it air dry. Odor will fade as this product dries. Complete odor elimination only happens when all odor sources are reached.
- For severe, old or stubborn odors on carpeting or fabrics, saturate a towel with water and lay over the treated area, letting sit for 1 to 2 hours. This will allow the bacterial enzymatic activity to break down and consume more of the odor.
